Sekeen store started as a manufacturer in Egypt until mid 2020 we started to design our knives and manufacture them overseas.

Currently we sell online only thought our website.
Yes, your name can be engraved on the knife blade check the laser engraving service in the accessories page.
No we don’t customize the blade or the handle.
Delivery
It depends on where you are, Orders inside Cairo and Giza will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Other cities can take from 4-5 business days. Personalized knives increase the delivery date to 1 EXTRA business day.
The courier will contact you on the same day of the delivery to make sure your availability time.
You can choose pick up option while checking out your cart and pick up your order from our warehouse in Nasr city, the warehouse is available from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm.
And you can pay there by cash or card.
Currently we deliver only inside Egypt.
We offer free shipping all over Egypt.
Orders
Order through our website by adding all your items into the cart and then checkout.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it.

Payment
Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard thought our website or you can choose to pay Cash on delivery.
Yes we have the option through the accepted payments Visa, Mastercard on our website, available Banks CIB, Bank Misr, Bank Mashreq.
Refund/Return
You can return your order within only 14 days in the same case as you received it and there is a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturing deficit.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use (dropping, cutting hard surfaces, etc.), improper maintenance, accidents, or loss or theft.
