How often does a knife need sharpening?
With weekly honing, most home cooks need a sharpening every six to twelve months. When the knife slides off a tomato skin instead of cutting it, it is time.
Will sharpening wear away the Damascus pattern?
No. Sharpening only touches the edge. The pattern runs through the whole blade, so it stays.
Do you sharpen knives from other brands?
We sharpen only our sekeen knives.
Can you fix a chip or a broken tip?
Tell us about it in the booking form and we will tell you what we can do before you send it.
