Free delivery across Egypt

Delivery is free on every order, to every governorate in Egypt.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 2 to 3 days of being placed. Engraved knives may need a little longer; we will tell you if your order needs more time. Delivery days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

How it works

• You receive an order confirmation by email or SMS as soon as you order.
• Our courier will call you on the phone number you gave us before delivery, so please make sure it is correct and that someone can receive the order.
• For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready. The courier may not carry change.
• Every order arrives in the Sekeen gift box with tissue and a care card.

Who can receive an order

Our products are sharp knives and tools. Orders are delivered only to adults aged 18 or over, and the courier may ask to see an ID.

When you receive your order

Please check the outer packaging before you accept it. If the parcel looks damaged, tell the courier and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@sekeen.com. See our refund policy for what happens next.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the order returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

We currently deliver within Egypt only.
