Care
Keep every piece sharp for years
The same four habits work for every knife in the kit.
1
Wash by hand
Warm water and a little soap. Never the dishwasher.
2
Dry right away
Wipe the blade dry before you put it away.
3
Hone every week
A few strokes on the honing rod keep the edge straight.
Ocean Pearl Honing Rod · 1,800 EGP4
Sharpen every few months
When honing stops helping, use the whetstone or send it to us.
Whetstone · 1,400 EGP
